AI-based algorithm for steatosis coring in mice has been generated

Laura Mairinoja et. al. (Am J. Pathol, in press) have successfully established an AI-based tool to quantify micro- and macro steatosis from HE stained sections of mouse liver. The method correlates well with other steatosis related features and the evaluation with clinical pathologists. TCDM can serve the research community with the scoring.
