AI-based method to define the mouse estrous cycle stage

Leena Strauss and collaborators have established an algorithm to define the mouse estrous cycle stage by deep-learning based method (J Endocrinol 2024 May 6;261) The algorithm is optimized to work for hematoxylin-stained vaginal smear samples. TCDM can provide the estrous cycle determination method to research community.
